about me

I've been practicing yoga since is was 8 years old!
I've come to experience Yoga as a language.
The language of our natural instincts.
The body, the felt understanding of how life itself breathes in the body, and in our cells themselves.
The Psyche, the emotions, the stories and definitions we hold, conscious and unconscious.
It means that everything about ourselves and our lives influences our senses, our natural sensuality, that is our life force itself and on a cellular level gives life and creates life.
Deep respect for our bodies and each other is our innate state of being, yoga is a language that guides us to RE-Member this.
It’s possible to heal our neural and conceptual pathways all the way back and through.
When we truly know that everything we need is within us,
When we come home to our natural selves, our instincts and our wild nature, we begin to rewild and so healing happens on its own.

SENSORY YOGA

Opening to our natural instincts, open to all abilities. A balance of enlivening movement and stillness. ​

THURSDAYS - 7.45AM

PROP ME UP + REST

Slow down, do less, create the space to see and feel. Melt into transitions and deepen into postures with the use of props, as the body unwinds into golden moments of stillness.

​Expect unhurried movements, self-massage and guided meditation/nidra.
