I’m a Birth and Postnatal Doula and mum of three, and I trained in Yoga for Pregnancy and Mum & Baby Yoga after qualifying as an Antenatal Teacher with the National Childbirth Trust. It’s a pleasure to bring my wide experience to my classes.
I’m a huge believer in the importance of community and my classes are very friendly, always starting with an introduction round. I also encourage everyone to get to know each other through WhatsApp and Facebook groups, online Bumps & Babies and meeting up outside of yoga.

YOGA FOR PREGNANCY
Yoga for Pregnancy is a wonderful way to prepare for the birth of your baby. You will learn valuable breathing techniques and practise positions and relaxation shown to improve women’s experience of birth and to increase wellbeing in pregnancy.
Yoga-based exercises can maximise your chances of having a straightforward birth and they can also be enjoyed by those planning a Caesarean birth.
Participants often report improved comfort in their bodies and better quality of sleep.
