For over thirty years, I have developed a passionate love and enthusiasm for yoga and wants others to benefit equally.
I trained initially in London in the late 90's, following the approach of Vanda Scaravelli (the Spine, breath and gravity). Pete Blackaby and John Stirk were among my teachers.
More recently I did a two year yoga 200hr course in Snowdonia in Wales.
Calming the mind is the essence of my sensitive and intelligent approach and I have experience in teaching many diverse and different groups.
