Yoga for me is all about exploring our own human selves, through creative movement and expression.
My intention is to hold a safe space with a light hearted, joyful approach in every class, in order for every individual to freely delve into the practice feeling accepted and nourished.
I have always believed that yoga isn’t about getting into a pose perfectly, but instead finding freedom in moving your body in a way that serves you. Sharing the potency of traditional and holistic teachings, my interest lies in enhancing our human experience through the beauty of what Yoga has to offer.
I teach a strong, fluid style of Vinyasa Flow with a deep rooted holistic approach and a strong emphasis on breath. I will always encourage you to check in with how you feel in all your human layers: physical, emotional, intellectual and soulful.
I believe that when we show up as ourselves, with all the wonderful imperfections and human quirks, we are our most powerful and creative.

DYNAMIC FLOW
This class embodies a holistic approach to Vinyasa yoga: An upbeat, creative style flow practice, inspired from various movement modalities with seamless link of breath and movement.
You'll be encouraged to step out of your comfort zone and be guided toward self-discovery, self-love, and overcoming challenges both on and off the mat. Expect a creative and inspiring sequence that boosts your mood and leaves you feeling energised!
This class will include pranayama sequencing, intension setting, oracle cards and an opportunity to progress your practice in a safe and judgment free environment. Suitable for those with some experience. May not be suitable for beginners.
