Shipping & Delivery
We are currently taking online orders for clothing with the following options:
- Free pick up from Chalford (GL6)
- Delivery via Royal Mail First Class for £3.50. Current delays are expected in shipping & delivery times due to the current circumstances.
Returns or Exchanges
We really hope that you love your W&W clothing as much as we do, but we understand that sometimes you might change your mind!
Goods must be returned in original condition & packaging - we will not accept returns of any non-faulty items that have been worn, washed.
In all cases, a refund will be processed once we receive the return via the original payment method. It may take around 3-5 working days after process for this to show on your account.
For sales in person, we can issue account credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase; proof of purchase must be shown on exchange.
For online orders, please inform us within 7 days of receiving the product & return it to us within 14 days of purchase.
Please contact us for details of where to return your parcel, send your return item(s) back, via Royal Mail 2nd Class (ensure you retain proof of sending).
