about me
I guide students through an experience that cultivates both strength and freedom—an invitation to journey deeper into the self through mindful movement. Rooted in breathwork and infused with functional patterns, my approach encourages embodied awareness and easeful navigation of the physical form.
Drawing inspiration from the many facets of movement I’ve explored along the way, each practice becomes a unique blend—an evolving expression of curiosity, integration, and discovery.
My feel-good fun classes will challenge you at your level in a safe and supported environment through mindful movement patterns that will leave you feeling strong beyond your mat. Explore your boundaries in a playful way and don’t forget to giggle along the way!
Expect creativity at its finest which I weave into my classes with humour and positive vibes. I encourage you to explore and get to know yourself better through movement as you find your own medicine through exploration as you develop a thirst for curiosity.
I like to keep my classes innovative and always offer options and modifications so everyone can have fun and move within their range.
Don’t forget your props as these will be used in weird and wonderful ways and be prepared to choose an affirmation card before class. I love a good candle and will often offer essential oils for that added touch.

CHISEL + CHILL
This class will get your core, upper body and lower body feeling pumped up in an upbeat and fun way to make you feel good in your skin before chillin’ out with restorative poses and mellow beats.
Expect to connect to your inner and outer strength as you orchestrate your way into lunges, squats and funky poses for the core before getting down on the ground and slowing down.

HATHA FLOW
+ CHILL
Move your body and feed your soul as you gently flow to bring about a sense of aliveness; using the breath to invite a softer quality into your movement. Then give yourself permission to slow down, unwind and find your inner glow as we move into a deeply nourishing, restorative practice.
Tune into curiosity and open yourself up to the potential of growth as you build strength, balance, flexibility and then surrender to find peace and calm.

Open yourself up to the potential of growth as you build strength, balance, stamina and flexibility at Flow and Glow.
A creative practice that explores movement patterns to get your brain and body working; allowing you time to tune into your own body and develop a thirst for curiosity.
Expect a feel-good flow class that will challenge you at your own level and leave you feeling full of beans for the weekend!
