Vinyasa Flow
I absolutely love bringing people together with creative and dynamic flows, whilst importantly providing a space to have fun and build connection to ourselves and those around us. My practices have over time taken a deeper inspiration around the lunar cycles and the seasons, so I love to share this with what I offer too. I really believe that nature and the world around us has so much to show us, hence why off the mat you’ll usually find me in the water or way out in the countryside!
My teaching journey began after training in Hatha Vinyasa yoga in 2022, ever since I have been offering space in and around the Cotswolds to practice and gather.
These offerings have expanded into sound healing and drumming as I believe sound has an unbelievable power to bring us into the present moment, release tension and find connection or clarity for anything we need to.

Inspired by the rhythms of nature- the seasons, the lunar cycles and more, we flow through varying practices each week, cultivating strength and flexibility through breath and fluid movement. Classes are balanced with longer stretches and the all important rest (savasana) at the end, inspired by the flow of a traditional vinyasa sequence.
All are welcome- there are always options for everyone so even if you’re a beginner, you can still come along for a beautiful practice.
