Having a dedicated Yoga practice since 2011 has been foundational to my journey of growth as a human being. The daily practice of moving inwards has increased my capacity to be reflective, mindful and compassionate. Over the years, I have grown from a place of struggling to accept myself to now enjoying and embracing who I am and what life brings my way.
Through my experience, I have developed a personal philosophy of meeting myself and others from a place of kindness, care and understanding. I believe the desire to find meaning in one’s life is universal. Yoga, for me, has become the channel through which I can shape a more meaningful life.
My calling to teach stems from a place of reverence at the wisdom stored within our bodies and a passion to meet people in this place. My yoga practice, grown across the last 14 years of my life, has led me into the philosophy of Shaiva Tantra and the physical practice of Krama Vinyasa, which have become deeply embedded both on a personal and professional level.
I’m passionate about self-discovery and growth on a subtle body level, through the exploration of the mind-body connection, yoga philosophy, asana, chanting and pranayama. Inclusivity & accessibility are at the heart of my offerings; I advocate for a more expansive and beautiful life for each, rooted in love and compassion.

Energise your body, mind and soul with this awakening breath-lead practice to begin the day. This is a fluid flow that explores a range of asanas focused on different aspects of body and mind centring, opening up to intuitive movement that feels natural to your body.
The class offers a nurturing, laid-back and playful environment where you are able to connect with variations of poses that serve you best - encouraging you to use breath as your inner guide.
Meet yourself with compassion and release habitual tension, and leave stronger, more flexible and nourished.
This practice is more suited to participants with previous experience but all levels will always be welcomed and accommodated

Journey through this mindfulness-based practice weaving philosophy into movement - creating a dance between your body, mind and soul. At the core of this offering is the belief that Yoga is a pathway to self-inquiry.
Inspired by a Somatics approach, this creative space is intended to facilitate you letting go of your thinking mind and becoming more in-tune with your feeling body. Feeling our way through movement will be the main premise of this practice, inviting you to move in a way which feels natural to you. Fine-tuning your sensory awareness will enable you to stay more fully present to your lived experience and grasp what feels safe and nourishing to you in the moment.
We will be moving together at a steady pace, creating the space to explore and gradually expand your edges consciously and with heart.

Give yourself permission to slow down, unwind and find your inner glow through this deeply nourishing practice. You can expect a floor-based sequence focusing on key areas of tension to encourage you to release from habitual physical, emotional and mental patterns. We will use the breath to invite a softer quality into our movement and create the spaciousness needed to flow with whatever arises in the present moment. We will be shifting between a more fluid pace to longer-held postures assisted by props for a deep feeling of stretch.
Yielding and letting go will run as themes throughout our journey together. This subtle body exploration is here for you to connect with yourself in a deeper, more present and compassionate way.
