I teach 10 week beginners yoga courses at Warrior & Wild with options for drop in classes.
I love to make the classes build week on week so that you get to see your strength and flexibility increase and you get results you desire. These classes are for people who want a giggle and to enjoy their wellness routine. And being part of a course means that you get to meet with familiar faces each week and build community and friendships.
This is your chance to grow with an experienced teacher with 10+ years of teaching and who is qualified in ashtanga vinyasa, pregnancy and yin yoga as well as a Reiki master and sound bath facilitator.
Each week you will focus on a different aspect of the body, working through hip opening sequences, hamstrings, building strength in the core and toning those arms. Kirsteen makes sure that every class has an exploration of breathwork and meditation to make sure you leave feeling a lighter brighter version of yourself.

A Beginners Yoga Course for People Who Can’t Touch Their Toes (And Don't Want to Be a 'Pretzel').
Claim your spot in our 10-week Monday Morning series where 'beginner' actually means beginner. No mirrors, no techno music—just fluid movement followed by optional coffee and conversation afterwards.
You don’t need to have a previous yoga practice, be bendy or touch your toes to join us! This course is suitable for the total beginner or if your returning to yoga and want to brush up on alignment.
We will work through dynamic movements to develop our strength and flexibility in the body and explore basic meditation and breath-work techniques used to calm the mind.
Option to drop in with a PAYG if you missed the start of the 10 week term!
