When I first tried yoga I fell in love with the energy, the challenge and the focus it demanded, and this hasn’t changed. I’ve found yoga to be truly transformative. It’s given me friendships, incredible travel opportunities, and supported me through two pregnancies and now motherhood.
I would describe my classes as both sacred and silly. Each one is an opportunity for us to explore the magic yoga offers, without taking ourselves too seriously! I enjoy teaching fun flows that remind you you’re alive. Every class incorporates deep relaxation time through a series of restorative postures. I am inspired by the yoga traditions and enjoy incorporating them, for example through using Sanskrit names for postures and ending class with the mantra Om.
Everyone is welcome to my Vin to Yin class. I encourage students to take ownership of their practice by adapting what we do to suit them.
My ‘Yoga for Mums’ class will run monthly and will support parents physically and emotionally. These classes are inspired by my experience of the post-natal period and what I needed then – strengthening of the core and pelvic muscles, opening of the chest, spine and shoulders, deep deep relaxation, and an opportunity to meet like-minded mum friends. Those in any stage of motherhood are welcome, though particularly those within the first two post-natal years.
I also offer birth preparation workshops for expectant parents, which are informed by my training with Active Birth founder Janet Balaskas, and my extensive experience teaching pregnancy yoga. These are usually group sessions, though private workshops are available on request.

HATHA FLOW
I would describe my classes as both sacred and silly. Each one is an opportunity for us to explore the magic yoga offers, without taking ourselves too seriously! Hatha Flow will leave you feeling stretched and strong through a series of creative flows that build toward a playful peak posture.
Every class incorporates deep relaxation time, finishing with a series of restorative postures. I am inspired by the yoga traditions and enjoy incorporating them, for example through using Sanskrit names for postures and ending class with the mantra Om. Although fairly strong, Hatha Flow is suitable for all, as each pose can be adapted for every body.
