about me

Marina is a 200 hour ashtanga vinyasa teacher, with 80hr yin yoga qualification completed with Cal Wansbrough. Having moved away from the hustle & bustle of London life, Marina is now embracing a slower life here in Stroud with her toddler and partner.

Marina believes her role as a teacher is to create a safe space for students to completely immerse themselves in their practice. Her classes are challenging, empowering and mindful of supporting all abilities.

Students are guided to feel deeply into their bodies whilst finding a place of stillness.

THE POWER OF YIN

"Nature does not hurry, and yet everything is accomplished”

The Power of Yin classes are a combination of Yin Yoga, the slow moving, nourishing with the fast and fiery yang of Power Yoga. It’s slower and more meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body.

This practice
  will 
give you the space to refine and strengthen your practice. We will work through a full-body practice with plenty of time to challenge our balance, strength and flexibility. 


Deep stretches are held for up to 5 minutes with the aim of finding release in the body. Either seated or lying down, enjoy deeply healing poses. As tension is released, observe improved energy flow throughout the body. Wear cosy and comfy clothing, and float out of class with a new sense of calm.

MONDAYS 7.15PM

MUM + BABY YOGA

A joyful and calming session allowing you to bond with your baby whilst strengthening and recovering following childbirth.

​The class is suitable for mums from six weeks postnatal up until the babies are mobile. 

You’ll benefit from gentle toning, stretching and relaxing movement, and enjoy some (relative!) calm in the company of other new mums and babies.

​We also sing songs and get the babies’ bodies moving too!
