about me
My desire to teach came from the understanding that yoga can offer so much more than solely the physical movement we tend to understand it as. When I began my practice, it was just that - physical; but it grew to become so much more. The boundless support I needed; mentally, physically and emotionally, creating a safe space where movement and breath became therapeutic.
My teaching style blends strong and slow movement with the space to explore your own body and mind. In each class we will build strength through breath led movement, find space to be creative, to be playful, and to be attuned with your body. I believe wholeheartedly that listening to your body is paramount.
For me yoga is a place to explore your limitations and to be curious. Delve deeper into your body’s inner workings, challenge the norm and be unapologetically you.

HOW TO BOOK A CLASS WITH ME

PLAYFUL & EXPLORATIVE
A guided practice building strength through breath led movement. Space to be creative, playful and attuned with your body.
Throughout this class we will blend breath work, traditional asana, mobility, creativity and playfulness all whilst embodying our own desire to explore the space around us through movement, as well as stillness.
Let’s put the emphasis on how movement makes us feel, inside and out.
Suitable for all levels, options will be given for progression
THURSDAYS 9.15AM
MUM + BABY YOGA
A joyful and calming session allowing you to bond with your baby whilst strengthening and recovering following childbirth.
The class is suitable for mums from six weeks postnatal up until the babies are mobile.
You’ll benefit from gentle toning, stretching and relaxing movement, and enjoy some (relative!) calm in the company of other new mums and babies.
We also sing songs and get the babies’ bodies moving too!
