about me

I truly believe that yoga should be accessible to all. As a teacher I aim to teach with a compassionate heart and an authentic mind, sharing the joy of this magical ancient practice with you in a safe and beautiful space, where everyone is made to feel welcome.

Join me on the mat where we will embrace the spirit of playfulness and creativity as we move through a Vinyasa style practice taking you on a journey of exploration and curiosity with your body and breath, reconnecting with your unique you-ness :)

Being a bit of a self-confessed anatomy geek and finding the human body utterly fascinating, and more capable than we think, I will encourage you to feel into your body moving it in a way that feels good for you and only you. Remember it's not about how a pose looks, it's about how it feels in your body at that moment, and when you start to tune in to this, the magic of the body-mind connection strengthens with every practice, and your whole being will thank you for it!

My classes are all about having a bit of fun, maybe breaking a little sweat but ultimately feeling strong from the inside out.

​HOW TO BOOK A CLASS WITH ME

ENERGISE YOUR DAY

Take your body, mind, and breath on a journey of exploration with this creative and fun Vinyasa-Style class that will have us shaking off the weekend, helping you find your mojo ready for the week ahead.

We will start this beautiful practice with some grounding breathwork to bring us into our space. We will warm and stretch through the body with some juicy and energising movement that will lead us to the peak of our class, where we focus on building heat and strength throughout the body, whilst maintaining our connection to the breath. We will wind down our practice with some calming and cooling postures, ending in a beautifully restorative Savasana-everybody's favourite :)

​This class is all about moving the body and using the breath in a way that feels good for you on the day. I will encourage you to listen to the cues that your body and breath are sending you and to move with intention and curiosity, in a safe and friendly space.
