about me
I truly believe that yoga should be accessible to all. As a teacher I aim to teach with a compassionate heart and an authentic mind, sharing the joy of this magical ancient practice with you in a safe and beautiful space, where everyone is made to feel welcome.
Join me on the mat where we will embrace the spirit of playfulness and creativity as we move through a Vinyasa style practice taking you on a journey of exploration and curiosity with your body and breath, reconnecting with your unique you-ness :)
Being a bit of a self-confessed anatomy geek and finding the human body utterly fascinating, and more capable than we think, I will encourage you to feel into your body moving it in a way that feels good for you and only you. Remember it's not about how a pose looks, it's about how it feels in your body at that moment, and when you start to tune in to this, the magic of the body-mind connection strengthens with every practice, and your whole being will thank you for it!
My classes are all about having a bit of fun, maybe breaking a little sweat but ultimately feeling strong from the inside out.
Shakes, wobbles, and Childs Pose are very much welcome!

HOW TO BOOK A CLASS WITH ME

YOGA STRONG
Strength, flexibility and balance are key components in keeping our bodies and our minds in tip-top condition.
In this Vinyasa Style class, we will be building heat throughout the body and challenging various muscle groups in order to safely build strength and resilience within the tissues and the joints.
This strong flow sees us moving with intention which allows us to really focus and feel into the capabilities of our wonderful bodies, whilst challenging the mind, and anchoring the breath with every posture.
We will wind down our practice with some deep and nourishing stretches, followed by a beautifully restorative and dreamy Savasana :) This class will leave you feeling strong in your body, calm in your mind, and fully connected to the breath as you move forward into your week ahead. It’s all about having a bit of fun, probably breaking a little sweat but ultimately feeling strong from the inside out.
