about me
I am passionate about connecting to Source to support the body’s infinite capacity to heal. I have one clear intention — to help clients tap into their inner knowing to become master of their energy for true wellness.
I am originally from Texas and have been living in the UK since 2002. I started out as a physics teacher in a rural bordertown in Texas. Then after an MBA and a stint on Wall Street I moved to England to raise five babies.
Motherhood was a portal to my most profound learning and healing through holistic nutrition, energy healing, herbalism and living mindfully.

KUNDALINI YOGA
Kundalini yoga realigns the body with the intrinsic wisdom of our cells and activates our energy centres. As we come into this realignment, we begin to truly understand what we need to thrive in our daily living. In short, our life becomes our medicine.
It is an excellent tool for recovering from PTSD, addiction, anxiety and grief because it rebuilds the nervous system to withstand the shocks of life. It repairs and strengthens our energetic boundaries (auric field), clears old trauma lodged in our muscles and fascia, disciplines the mind, and reconnects us to our heart centre –where our true power lies.
Kundalini yoga is a blend of pranayama (breath work), physical exercises (kriyas), and sacred sound healing (mantras) to strengthen the body, discipline the mind (ego) and activate your energy centres (chakras) so that you can know intimately the beautiful and miraculous truth of you.
THURSDAYS 9AM
MUM + BABY YOGA
A joyful and calming session allowing you to bond with your baby whilst strengthening and recovering following childbirth.
The class is suitable for mums from six weeks postnatal up until the babies are mobile.
You’ll benefit from gentle toning, stretching and relaxing movement, and enjoy some (relative!) calm in the company of other new mums and babies.
We also sing songs and get the babies’ bodies moving too!
