I'm Catherine, and I teach gentle, down to earth yoga and meditation in and around Stroud. My teaching is accessible to everyone: there are no impossible poses or complicated philosophy; just moving, breathing, and making space for ourselves.
Classes are always adapted according to the needs of each person in the class and everyone is welcome.
My primary motivation as a teacher is in helping people find strength, ease and comfort in both their yoga practice and their daily lives. With a decade's experience of teaching, I have come to understand that less is almost always more.
Classes are simple, restful, and spacious - offering you a real opportunity to slow down and reconnect with yourself.

YOGA FOR PREGNANCY + BIRTH
Join Catherine for an hour of mindful movement, breath and rest for pregnancy. Classes are gentle and relaxing, with postures that address common pregnancy discomforts and prepare your body and mind for birth and new parenthood.
They also offer a chance to connect with other expectant parents, supporting each other through the ups and downs of pregnancy.
