This accessible introductory course for men will provide you with the foundations of yoga, looking at the theory & practice of a number of key topics such as alignment, strength, foundation poses, breath work & guided relaxation, providing you with the knowledge & confidence to help you to get the most of out open classes.
Many of the world's top athletes complement their training with a regular yoga practice as a way to improve strength, mobility & flexibility. Not only can you expect to improve physical performance, but it can help to reduce stress & anxiety, improving your sleep & aiding in relaxation, benefitting both physical, mental & emotional health & wellbeing.
The course is open to all ages, shapes, sizes & physical abilities - you certainly don't need to be able to touch your toes & complete beginners are very welcome!
All mats & equipment are provided, you just need to wear clothes that you are comfortable moving around in.
