a one minute reset practice

Wiggle your jaw. 

Drop your shoulders. 

Relax your belly. 

Soften the muscles in your face.

Make tight fists with your hands then let them go.

Scrunch up your feet then let them go too. 

Take a slow breath in through your nose and release it with a big sigh.

Do it again, but bigger. 

One more time, softly and slowly. 

Pause.

Think of something that makes you laugh. 

Picture someone you love. 

Imagine yourself in your favourite place.
