BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
All classes must be booked & paid for in advance of the session. Pre-booking is recommended to avoid disappointment.
In the case of a class being full, you may be added to the waiting list. Should a space become available, your space will be held for an hour and you will be notified by whatsapp - within this hour you must confirm your attendance at the class and make a payment, else it will be passed to the next person on the waiting list.
You must arrive at the Studio for your class in advance of the scheduled start time; late arrivals will not be permitted entry & I reserve the right to give your space to someone else. If you are not permitted entry due to arriving late, you will not be subject to a refund.
Attendance at a class will not be permitted without prior payment.
Class Cancellation Policy
The cancellation window for all bookings is 24 hours. Classes cancelled within this window will not be subject to a refund and your space will be made available.
Full refunds via original payment or class credits are available for classes that are cancelled with more notice than 24 hours.
Cancellations & amendments must be made via WhatsApp to Sharon on 07969511085.
In the event that I am unable to teach my class I will need to arrange cover, I will let you know via WhatsApp. You will have the right to either remain booked in for that class or have one class credit.
If you wish to apply for the class credit you must notify me by WhatsApp.
5 class packs are valid for any weekly classes.
All class packs are valid for 3 months from date of purchase & are non-refundable & non-transferable. If your pack expires with unused credits, a single one month extension can be made from the date of expiry for £10 please send a message via WhatsApp to do this.
I create an experience for students in which they experience both strength and freedom in their practice whilst diving deeper into the journey of the self. I infuse breathwork with functional movement to allow for navigation of the physical body. I love different aspects of movement and I get inspired by mixing all of my discoveries through my journey.
My feel-good fun classes will challenge you at your level in a safe and supported environment through mindful movement patterns that will leave you feeling strong beyond your mat. Explore your boundaries in a playful way and don’t forget to giggle along the way!
Expect creativity at its finest which I weave into my classes with humour and positive vibes. I encourage you to explore and get to know yourself better through movement as you find your own medicine through exploration as you develop a thirst for curiosity.
I like to keep my classes innovative and always offer options and modifications so everyone can have fun and move within their range.
Don’t forget your props as these will be used in weird and wonderful ways and be prepared to choose an affirmation card before class. I love a good candle and will often offer essential oils for that added touch.

This class will get your core, upper body and lower body feeling pumped up in an upbeat and fun way to make you feel good in your skin before chillin’ out with restorative poses and mellow beats.
Expect to connect to your inner and outer strength as you orchestrate your way into lunges, squats and funky poses for the core before getting down on the ground and slowing down.
