What I offer as a private teacher:
Personalised and tailored lesson plans to suit your own body and its needs. I will work with you to specialise a plan to work for you, I will look into your daily lifestyle, routines and schedule to see how we can work together to build strength, stability and serenity.
Ideally regular weekly sessions for 4-6 weeks to start seeing and feeling benefits that you can then incorporate into your daily life.
I have ashtanga and vinyasa teaching experience + Ayurvedic yoga massage level 1&2, bodywork experience that compliments yoga teaching.
A specific focus on stress & anxiety soothing techniques, strength & rehabilitation, strength & fitness. After experiencing burnout and long covid I focus specifically on guided visualisations and relaxations to aid with sleep, fatigue, reduce stress and to help manage anxiety.
I combine mediations/relaxations followed by dynamic strong and slow flow (faster and stronger flow can be offered if requested). We can work together to build upon any/no experience - working towards learning Sun salutation A/B, specific asana's (with modifications for contraindications) and sequencing for you to practice at home.
My teaching is usually offered to music to suit the practice however no music can be requested.

— Krama Vinyasa yoga: a creative and step-by-step approach that encourages students to explore and gradually expand their edges in a conscious way.

— Want to explore the subtle body map - connection between physical, emotional and mental body - in relation to movement.
— Have a specific goal in their practice. Lots of kramas offered to facilitate this journey.

In 1:1 classes, I will invite you to the space with an open mind and heart. You’ll be warmly welcomed and we’ll step onto the mat together with mindful intention! We’ll touch on your lifestyle and daily routine, in order for me to get a feel for what you’d like to focus on, and also for us to connect on a level that creates a relaxed and joyful approach towards each session. It's really common to feel overwhelmed in a group setting, so I want to offer an alternative for those who find group classes intimidating/ off putting.
In a private class, we’ll work towards the following: Improving balance and flexibility, strength, alleviating muscle pain, anxiety and stress. I bring the ancient practice of yoga, informed by modern knowledge, into each class to tailor to your specific needs and goals.
Private yoga with me is lighthearted, joyful and fluid. We’ll work together focussing not only on the physical practice, but also the elements of meditation, pranayama and mindful tools to bring yoga off the mat and into daily life. The aim is to empower and motivate in order for you to explore creativity and expression through the practice of yoga.
I’ll create a program tailored to your needs which we’ll walk through each week, to include bits and pieces you can practice in your own time.
