27th December - Twisty Detox with Clare 9.30am - 10.45am You may have over indulged on sugary treats, caffeine or the mulled wine!!! During this practice we will move through a gentle flow focusing on seated and standing twists to detoxify and recharge ready for new year celebrations!
28th December - Pressing Pause with Nic 6pm - 7.15pm The festive period can place huge physical & emotional demands on our body & mind. This restorative session is your opporutnity to press pause on the holiday whirlwind as we use the yoga props to create an environment in which you can be completely supported, allowing yourself to unwind, leaving nourished & restored.
29th December - Balancing Hatha Flow with Ginny 9.30am - 10.45am In this post- Christmas session we will practice connecting fluid sequences with twists to detoxify and reinvigorate the body and mind, and to nurture a sense of balance whilst developing our strength and flexibility.
30th December - Slow Burn with Courtenay 9.30am - 10.45am We'll be building the fire of a regular flow but without the speed as move through a series of seated & standing postures. We'll work on transitioning lightly through each posture with control & ease, building heat & challenging the body & breath with longer holds.
1st January - New Year Yoga with Molly 4pm - 5.30pm A luxurious New Years Day special, to start of 2019 with your best foot forward. A relaxing and revitalising yoga flow, with pranayama (breath work) and meditation to restore the body and mind ready to tackle the new year.
