Relax and recharge, ending the week in the most peaceful way. 

In these 90 minute extra slow sessions we'll release stress from the body and mind.

We'll be going deep into the connective tissues with long holds, relieving built up tension and surrendering into the poses.

The practice will be softly lit by candlelight allowing us to turn inwards, still the mind and calm the nervous system.
