Grounding Vinyasa

I teach slow, grounding vinyasa yoga with an emphasis on steady breath, simple movement, and creating a calm, supportive space to land. My approach is gentle but intentional, offering time to move with awareness rather than rushing through shapes.

I’m interested in yoga as a practice of presence — one that supports strength, ease, and nervous system regulation, both on and off the mat. I’ve been practising yoga for many years and completed my 200-hour teacher training with the Bristol School of Yoga.

My classes are suitable for all levels, with options offered so students can meet themselves where they are.
