Pre-recorded 15 minute 'Theme Introduction' Yoga Class
This pre-recorded class will introduce the Power of the Week and what it means to children. Starting with a simple breathing technique & heading into some mindful movement, the children will find space on and off the mat and all around them.

Wild Craft: Instructional Video & PDF
The craft activities will change each week and will foster the children’s imagination for creativity. They are perfect for the children to have a go on their own or you are more than welcome to join in the fun! No need to head to the shop as all materials used should be easily found at home or outdoors. Phew!

10am Live 45 minute Kids Yoga Class
8.30pm Live Q&A Session for Parents This live class will be based on the Power of the Week. We will welcome one another as a community and begin the class with some breathing buddy breathwork. We will then practice postures and move through sun salutations to stretch and move our bodies. We will finish with a story and lovely savasana.
Can't make the live class? No problem - it'll be available online so you can catch the replay at a time that suits you. Every Wednesday evening, Sharon will be jumping on Zoom for a live Q&A to answer any worries or queries you have about your kids during this time. |

10am Live-streamed 45 minute Family Yoga Class
This live class is one for the whole family; pet dogs and cats welcome! The class will begin in a relaxed way so be sure to have blankets, cushions and pillows to hand! It would also be great if each family member could have a pebble or shell to help them find focus as we settle and listen to our breath. We will begin to move in a playful way and add fun with some partner poses and games. When the tiredness sets in, we will take it to the floor where we can all cuddle up and enjoy some inner peace before our day continues. Expect a little sing song too! Can't make the live class? No problem - it'll be available online so you can catch the replay at a time that suits you. |

At the start of each week, we'll release 3 Mindful Moment audio clips, ideal for encouraging your child to take a few minutes of calm & stillness as they are taken on a journey.
