3rd March Yang to Yin with Sarah Join Sarah for a fun flow focussing upon balancing asanas to bring mindfulness to your practice. The session will end with some yin postures to balance the yang.
10th March STRALA Yoga with SJ So simply Strala means to radiate light- it means to live with ease and freedom and is all about moving where it feels good to move. Strala combines the movement wisdom of tai chi with the forms of yoga, tai chi, qigong, and Traditional Chinese Medicine, as a way to help people release stress, heal, and move more easily through all kinds of challenge.
17th March Happy Hips & Hamstrings with Courtenay We'll move through a mix of slower Hatha postures & easeful flow in this session as we focus on strengthening & releasing both the hips & hamstrings.
24th March Ashtanga Fundamentals with Claire An in-depth look at the Ashtanga Primary Series, breaking down the postures and making them work for you, regardless of your yoga experience. The Primary Series, named Nadi Shodana 'Yoga Therapy' is aimed to open your hips, hamstrings as well as strenghtening your core and shoulders. Working with a dynamic flow using Ujayyi breath with each movement to feel invigorated.
