Quality sleep is associated with recovery for both the body & brain & is an integral part of maintaining a healthy & balanced lifestyle. With the stresses & demands of modern life, sleep is often the first thing to be squeezed out of our busy schedules at the expense of our physical & emotional wellbeing.
Retreat To Sleep is your time to reconnect with the joy & soothing powers of a nurturing nights rest as we create our very own sleep sanctuary at the Warrior & Wild studio.
Through a series of nourishing yoga & meditative practices to soothe the body & mind, we'll be exploring the ways in which we can optimise our sleep habits & engage a state of deep rest & relaxation to naturally promote a healthier slumber. You may even be treated to a bedtime story!
We'll be enjoying a light supper together as part of the evening so please inform us of any dietary requirements upon booking.
Saturday 16th November
Arrival from 4pm for a 4,30pm start. We'll close the evening together at 9pm for you to head home & climb straight into bed!
No yoga or meditation experience required - this session is open to everyone, though booking is essential. [Please note that there is a 7 day cancellation on all of our workshops & events in order to allow the space to be filled by someone else if you are no longer able to make it]
