When it comes to yoga, we know that figuring out where & how to get started can sometimes feel overwhelming. Not all practices are created equal, so at Warrior & Wild we offer classes under three key themes to make we've got the perfect yoga class to suit your needs.

Whether you're looking to relax & restore or uplift & energise, you can find the perfect online yoga class to suit your needs within one of our Root, Roam & Rise styles.

Our Root classes are designed to help you find a moment of calm amongst the chaos. With an emphasis on breath work, easy movement & deep relaxation, these classes aim to soothe the most active of minds, helping to relieve symptoms of anxiety, worry and stress.

Stop & drop into stillness. Our Still classes combine mindful meditative practices with breath work that calms & soothes, welcoming a sense of peaceful relaxation to help you achieve balance in the body & mind.

unwind

Encompassing the calming practices of our Still classes, Unwind combines them with soft & easeful movement to gently release the physical tension we hold in the body.

roam

Our Roam classes are an opportunity to begin to explore finding space and freedom on your mat. Through these classes you will learn how your body moves and how you can use the power of these practices in tandem with the breath, to change the state of body & mind.

Explore the boundaries of how you move, breathe & think with Navigate, a slower paced class with an emphasis on breath & intentional movement. These classes promote freedom & ease in the body, looking to bring balance to body & mind.

inspire

A playful twist on Navigate, our Inspire classes encourage you to get curious & begin looking at how you move in new & novel ways beyond traditional postures. Expect creativity with props, walls &  the wider space around you.

An in depth exploration of postures & transitions, our 101 classes will deconstruct movements, modifications & variations to expand your knowledge & discover how you can use postures to learn more about the way you move and feel.

rise

Our Rise classes will take the foundations of your Root & Roam practices to the next level through uplifting & dynamic sequences that will strengthen & challenge how you practice. We recommend having some experience under your belt before joining these classes.

Find your flow & get lost in the moment with Energise, a practice that links traditional movements & postures into fluid sequences to build heat & invigorate the body.

inspire ii

Inspire II is Roam: Inspire's dynamic, bigger sister! Taking creative movement practices & layering them with more energy (& probably some falling over!), these playful sequences will get you moving & flowing in a whole new way.

Classes don't have to be fast to make you work hard! Advance your physical practice with progressive & challenging movement patterns & postures that will develop & build strength, endurance & stability.
