(And no...you don't need to do sport to benefit from a sports massage!)
Poor posture, uncomfortable working positions or bad movement patterns can all contribute to pain & weaknesses in the body which can eventually lead to more serious injury. Regular massage and postural assessment can keep those problems at bay, whatever your background.
Session 1 - 90 minutes
Initial consultation looking at lifestyle factors which may be contributing to imbalances in the body. Full postural assessment to identify any areas of tension or weakness. One hour sports & remedial massage.
Session 2 - 60 minutes
A private 60 minute yoga class unique to you, providing tailored strengthening & flexibility exercises to address any problem areas which were highlighted during Session 1. You'll learn modifications relevant to your body type which you can apply in group classes, ensuring your regular yoga practice is as effective as possible in meeting your physical needs.
