During this 2 part series, we'll be going back to basics with all things flow, building up a creative and flowing sequence which will energise and challenge both the body and mind.
The first part of each class will be spent looking at how we can link movement with the breath, what makes a flow class different, breaking down sun salutations other common sequences, creating smooth transitions between postures and learning modifications that can help you enjoy a flow practice both confidently and safely.
During the second half of each class, we'll put what we've learnt into practice with a playful flow sequence!
It's recommended that you attend both sessions if possible as the second class will build on what we have learnt in the first, but it's not compulsory.
