Sharon is a qualified primary teacher and yoga instructor. Her love of children is evident in every class she teaches. With children and adults living in a ‘fast paced’ society with pressures from school/work and modern influences this is the perfect way to counter balance such pressures whilst spending much needed quality time instilling the foundations for a healthy body, mind and outlook on life.
