Sunday Spark 💥Move, Sweat, Breathe with Rose
We will stimulate our inner energy with a strengthening dynamic flow sequence, building some heat and getting a sweat on! Then slow right down with some lovely calming restorative poses to fully unwind into a nice long savasana & meditation to close.
Balance & Strength with Clare
A class looking at engaging the breath and bandhas to help with the the physical and emotional strength required for balances in your yoga practice.
Flow to Fly with Saeunn
Face your fears and discover the fun in taking flight! Arm balances require strength throughout the whole body along with flexibility and they may seem a bit intimidating, perhaps even a bit scary, but there's also something incredibly playful about them and when you manage to take flight it gives you a great rush and sense of accomplishment.
We'll work on building our strength and flexibility through an invigorating flow working in a few arm balances to play around with, but most importantly we won't take ourselves too seriously and we'll have lots of fun!

23rd September Making Space with Ginny
A fluid asana practice with a focus on opening the entire body as well as drawing on breath work and meditations to bring space and openness to the heart and mind.
Half Led Primary Ashtanga with Clare
A dynamic flow with the traditional breath counts. Suitable for all levels of practitioner, you will be guided throught the Asthanga Primary Series until Navasana.
