Yin Yoga with Eve
A meditative and restorative form of yoga with asanas held for up to 6 minutes. Each pose works deep within the layers of muscle and connective tissues within the body to gently stimulate the flow of fluids to the muscles, joints and fascia, replenishing and lubricating them. You'll move through a thoughtful and nourishing sequence that promotes the healthy flow of chi and internal organ function, not only working toward the physical benefits of gaining flexibility and strength in the body, but also moves toward developing inner focus and quieting of the mind, with gentle emphasis on healing through heart lifting and opening, and connection to self, cultivating gratitude and building compassion and care for self and others, and closing with a short meditation/mindfulness practice.
Nourise, Nurture & Surrender Through the Breath with Sue
An invitation to fill up & nourish ourselves as we approach the full Hunter’s moon. Based around Moon salutations/ poses we will breathe deep & find energy with a soft & supportive practise. A mini yoga Nidra will be offered to close.
Heart Openers & Happy Shoulders with Sarah
A fun flow class to contend with the stresses & strains on modern life. We'll focus on postures which open & nurture the chest, upper back, neck & shoulders, as well as pranayama for the heart.
Laid Back Sunday Slow Flow & Restorative with Rose
We will begin with stillness in meditation, leading to some supported poses then building into a slow flowing sequence to move the body before coming into longer held restorative poses to finish. An all round Sunday wind down class, so that you enjoy your Sunday in relaxed and gentle way.
Yoga with Claire
Subtract a Sense with Saeunn
Yoga without sight. Get to know the classic poses in a whole new way in this slow blindfolded flow. Removing a sense will allow you to see (pun intended) the pose, and the practice, in a new light.
Strala Yoga with Sarah-Jane
Strala is the movement system that ignites freedom combining tai chi, yoga, qigong & traditional chinese medicine as a way to help you release stress & move more easily through challenge. Throw the rules away and let your body move to the beat of your own drum. No need to focus on the pose you will just fall in love with the process of moving to uplifting tunes for a head to toe energising experience. The only rule? Moving where it feels good to move & achieving more with less effort. Warning! This class may leave you with intense feelings of wellbeing.
Lift & Flow with Molly
An energising and uplifting flow, with vinyasa-inspired movement on the breath. Fused with gentle music and pranayama techniques, and suitable for all abilities, the perfect way to brush away the cobwebs on a sleepy Sunday.

A final Sunday flow of the year where we'll be cracking out the Christmas tunes & bringing up the energy to see you through to the new year! We'll work to energise, strengthen & challenge the whole body in a creative & playful sequence which is suitable for all levels.
